Appraisal Reviews
An appraisal review is an independent evaluation of another appraiser's work to determine whether it is credible, well-supported, and developed in accordance with professional standards. Appraisal reviews are commonly used when the accuracy, methodology, or conclusions of an appraisal are questioned in legal, insurance, or other valuation matters.
