Led by Maria Tarrence, ASA, ARM, ISA AM, the firm combines nationally recognized appraisal credentials with extensive market knowledge to assist attorneys, insurers, and private clients in complex valuation disputes.

As an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) and one of the few appraisers designated with the Appraisal Review & Management (ARM) credential by the American Society of Appraisers, Maria specializes in the independent review of appraisal reports and the development of credible, well-supported valuation opinions. She also holds Accredited Member designations with the International Society of Appraisers and the Appraisers Association of America.
